These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the KD999 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing KD999, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.

KD999 is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by the operator or licence jurisdiction — to register and play. Age verification is mandatory.
Each player may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances within them may be forfeited. Use your real identity details at registration.
All bonuses and free bets carry wagering requirements before withdrawal. Minimum odds, game eligibility restrictions and time limits apply. Read each promotion's specific terms carefully.
Withdrawals are processed after KYC verification is completed. Processing times and minimum amounts apply. Withdrawal methods must match your deposit method where operationally possible.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. KD999 will never ask for your password via email or chat. Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately.
Bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and KD999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the KD999 website located at kd999.cam and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer products, esports markets, instant games and any promotional offers made available through the Platform.
By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
KD999 operates as an international online gaming platform. It is not licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), any provincial authority in Pakistan, or any Pakistani financial institution. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Players in Pakistan should be aware of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable local legislation.
These Terms were last updated in January 2026. We reserve the right to amend them at any time in accordance with Section 16 below.

To register and maintain an Account on KD999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
KD999 reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension pending further review.
Pakistan-specific notice: Online gambling may be restricted under Pakistani law. KD999 does not claim that registration or use of the Platform is lawful for Pakistani residents. Users must independently assess their legal position before registering. This is not legal advice.
To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid email address. You must also select a username and password.
By submitting the registration form, you warrant that all information provided is true and accurate. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password or any one-time verification codes with any other person. KD999 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.
You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. KD999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.
All Account balances on KD999 are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Once your Account currency is set, it cannot be changed. Exchange rate fluctuations, where applicable to underlying processing, are the Platform's discretion to manage.
KD999 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts. The KYC process is designed to verify your identity, confirm your age and ensure the legitimacy of your payment methods. You may be required to submit:
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. KD999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Documents must be clear, unaltered and in date.
All KYC data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submitting forged or altered documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent Account closure and referral to appropriate authorities.
The Platform displays available deposit methods in the cashier section of your Account. Payment methods that may be familiar to Pakistani users include bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as mobile wallet options including Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast. These are referenced as contextual examples only. KD999 does not represent that any of these providers endorse, support or permit gambling-related transactions. You must independently verify your payment provider's applicable terms before depositing.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction, denominated in PKR. Minimum and maximum limits may vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
You must only deposit funds that you legally own and that are free from any third-party claim. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment instruments not registered in your name, is prohibited. KD999 reserves the right to reverse deposits and close Accounts where third-party funding is suspected.
KD999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems or network outages. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within a reasonable period, contact our support team with your transaction reference number for investigation.
To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully KYC-verified, your Account must be in good standing, and all applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus Funds must have been satisfied. Withdrawals of real-money balances that do not include any bonus component are not subject to wagering requirements.
KD999 aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 1–5 business days following completion of any required verification checks. Processing times may vary based on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where this is operationally possible. Where this is not possible, alternative withdrawal methods may be offered at KD999's discretion, subject to verification of ownership.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier. KD999 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds, which may extend processing times.
KD999 may decline or place a hold on a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, the affected Player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond, subject to any applicable legal obligations.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional rewards offered by KD999 are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from them become withdrawable as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Bets placed using Bonus Funds that do not meet minimum odds requirements may not count toward the wagering requirement.
KD999 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and co-ordinated exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, KD999 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings and close the Account.
Bonus Funds and associated free bets expire within the period stated in the specific promotion terms, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
Promotions may be amended, suspended or withdrawn at KD999's discretion at any time. Eligibility for specific promotions may vary based on Account status, verification level, deposit history and jurisdiction.
All bets are subject to acceptance by KD999. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation reference number. KD999 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
Where an obvious error in odds, prices or game outcomes occurs due to a technical fault, human error or data feed failure, KD999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This includes instances where cricket match odds, PSL prices or T20 tournament markets have been published in error.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid change. Once a bet is confirmed, it stands at the odds accepted at the time of placement, subject to Rule 9.2 above. Delays in data feeds or connectivity issues do not entitle a player to void a confirmed in-play bet.
All random number generator (RNG) casino games use certified and audited RNG technology. Game outcomes are determined at the point of play and cannot be influenced by the Platform or the Player after a round has commenced. Disconnection during a game round will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules.
Maximum single-bet and cumulative winnings limits may apply and will be displayed in the relevant betting markets or game rules. KD999 reserves the right to limit payouts where winnings exceed stated maximums, regardless of the outcome of individual events.
KD999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools to help Players stay in control of their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. KD999 operates a strict minimum age policy. Access is limited to adults aged 18 or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or licence jurisdiction. Underage gambling is a serious offence and will result in permanent Account closure, forfeiture of any balance and reporting to appropriate authorities.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on KD999. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the KD999 Platform — including but not limited to the KD999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of KD999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, modifying, distributing, publicly displaying, scraping or commercially exploiting any Platform content without express written consent from KD999.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KD999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity.
KD999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any particular game outcome or betting market will remain open. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind beyond those implied by applicable consumer protection law.
KD999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling carries financial risk. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. Past results do not predict future outcomes. KD999 is not responsible for financial losses incurred through use of the Platform.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.
KD999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where: a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; fraud, money laundering or criminal activity is suspected; the Account holder is found to be ineligible; or regulatory or legal requirements necessitate closure.
Upon Account closure, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any Bonus Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure are forfeited. Real-money balances subject to a fraud investigation may be withheld pending resolution of that investigation.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KD999 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact KD999's support team in writing and allow a period of 30 calendar days for the dispute to be resolved informally. KD999 will use reasonable endeavours to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
KD999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are significant, we may provide additional notice via email to your registered address or via an in-Platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the amended Terms take effect.
